What is your typical delivery time for OEM orders?
Standard OEM orders take 45‑60 working days after sample confirmation. Rush production 30‑35 working days can be arranged subject to production capacity. We will confirm the exact lead‑time upon quotation.
Do you offer OEM & ODM services?
Yes, we support both OEM and ODM. We can customize products based on your drawings, samples or design concepts, including logo printing, packaging and appearance modification. Our R&D team is ready for new‑project development.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies for different items. Stock items accept small trial orders. For custom OEM/ODM orders, MOQ depends on material & customization requirements. Please contact us for detailed MOQ information.
What quality standards do your products meet?
Our products comply with relevant international test standards. We support third‑party inspection before shipment. All goods will go through strict in‑house quality checks before delivery. Custom test requirements can be discussed.
Can I get samples before bulk order?
Sample orders are available. Sample cost and freight will be charged. Sample lead‑time is about 7‑15 working days. Sample fee can be partially refunded when bulk order reaches certain quantity.
How about your after‑sales support?
We take responsibility for quality‑related defects from our production. Please provide photos/videos for problem confirmation within the specified time after receiving goods. We will offer replacement or compensation for manufacturing defects. Man‑made damage is not covered.
